Bacon Yum Yums - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. thick sliced bacon
    1 1/2 c. packed brown sugar
    1 1/2 Tbsp. dry mustard
Preparation
    Mix sugar and mustard, line two sheet cake pans with foil.
    Lay bacon out, sprinkle with mixture and bake at 250\u00b0 for 1 hour or more.
    Drain on paper towels, cut into bite-size pieces.
