Doreen'S Chicken Breasts - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. low-fat margarine
2 Tbsp. parsley
1 clove garlic
4 chicken breasts (boneless and skinless)
1/2 tsp. lite salt
3 Tbsp. white wine
3 slices whole wheat bread
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
Preparation

Melt the margarine and brush the bottom of a 9-inch baking dish with some of the melted margarine.
Put the bread, the parsley and the garlic in a blender or food processor and make crumbs.
Put the crumbs in a small bowl with the rest of the margarine and lemon juice.
Sprinkle the chicken with lite salt and pepper and place in the baking dish.
Add the wine and bake for 5 minutes.
Turn the chicken breasts and bake for another 5 minutes.
