Hearty Corned Beef Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. boiling water
    1 pkg. (3 oz.) lemon flavored gelatin
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 c. (12 oz.) corned beef
    1 medium green pepper, chopped
    2 medium stalks celery, chopped
    1 small onion, finely chopped
    3 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
    1 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
    2 tsp. horseradish
    1/2 tsp. salt
    salad greens
Preparation
    Pour boiling
    water
    on
    gelatin
    in
    large bowl.
    Stir until gelatin
    is
    dissolved.
    Stir
    in
    vinegar,
    refrigerate until slightly thickened,
    about 1 hour.\tBreak up corned beef with fork.
    Stir
    corned beef and remaining ingredients except salad greens into
    gelatin
    mixture.
    Pour into 6 1/2 cup ring mold. Refrigerate until
    set, at least 2 hours.
    Salad can be stored in refrigerator up to 48 hours.
    Fifteen minutes before serving, unmold on salad greens.
    Makes 8 servings.
