The Best Wild Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
    2 c. washed wild rice
    6 c. water
    6 bouillon cubes (chicken or beef)
    1/4 tsp. garlic salt
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
    Put all ingredients in a 9 x 13-inch cake pan.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours or until liquid is gone.
    Serves 8.
