Ingredients

4 c. pecans
1 c. brown sugar
2 egg whites
2 Tbsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Preheat oven to 500\u00b0.
Dip pecans in egg whites, then roll in sugar and cinnamon mixture.
Place on cookie sheet.
When oven reaches 500\u00b0, turn it off and place pecans in oven.
Stir often until oven is cool.
