Kielbasa Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 ring kielbasa
6 oz. white horseradish (prepared)
16 oz. can red beets (whole)
2 Tbsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. vinegar (white)
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Grate beets and let drain, then mix with horseradish.
Mix sugar and vinegar together.
When sugar has dissolved, mix with beets and horseradish and add salt and pepper to taste.
Set kielbasa slices on platter and use beets with horseradish as dip. Can also be used as condiment for ham.
