Congealed Tomato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large pkg. lemon Jell-O
    1 1/3 c. boiling water
    3 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 (No. 2) can (about 15 oz.) stewed tomatoes, mashed with fork or hands
Preparation
    Mix Jell-O with boiling water.
    Stir until dissolved.
    Add vinegar and tomatoes.
    Let set slightly.
    Stir; chill until firm.
