Spinach Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) box spinach
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. milk
    2 eggs, well beaten
    3 slices bacon, crumbled (optional)
Preparation
    Combine flour and cheese.
    Toss well.
    Stir together eggs and milk.
    Combine all with spinach, pour into sprayed 2-quart casserole dish.
    Top with bacon . Bake for 45 to 60 minutes at 350\u00b0.
