Pineapple Upside Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 Tbsp. butter
1/2 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
4 or 5 slices pineapple (enough to cover bottom of small skillet)
1 c. flour
1 1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 c. sugar
4 Tbsp. butter
1 egg, well beaten
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Heat together the first 3 ingredients until sugar and butter are well melted.
Pour remaining ingredients over pineapple mixture in skillet.
Bake 25 to 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
When cake is cooled, invert on cake plate.
