Goulash - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
1 onion, chopped
2 to 3 c. macaroni (6 c. cooked)
1 large can cream of mushroom soup
1 pint sour cream
Preparation

Brown ground beef and onion in a skillet.
While this is browning, cook macaroni.
After ground beef is browned, drain excess fat.
Drain water from macaroni.
Mix macaroni, ground beef and cream of mushroom soup together.
Salt and pepper to taste; cook until all ingredients are hot.
Before serving, add sour cream.
