Dip And Chip Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 chicken thighs
    3 eggs
    1/4 c. milk
    1/2 bag potato chips (flavors to your taste, i.e. barbecue, sour cream and onion, etc.)
    oil to coat pan
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Mix eggs and milk together.
    Crush potato chips.
    Dip chicken thighs in egg mixture, then in crushed potato chips.
    Place in pan; bake for 20 minutes.
    Turn and bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
    Serves 3 to 4.
