Glynda Raef'S Blue Ribbon Caramel Fudge Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (14 oz.) pkg. caramels
    2 sticks oleo or butter
    4 eggs
    1 1/2 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    1/3 c. cocoa
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Unwrap the caramels the night before starting.
    Mix together the butter and sugar. Add eggs, then rest of ingredients.
    Pour batter into a 9 x 13-inch pan sprayed with Pam. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
