Pasta Florentine - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cloves garlic, peeled
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped spinach, thawed (undrained)
1/2 c. grated Parmesan
1/2 c. corn oil
1/4 c. water
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dried basil
16 oz. pasta, cooked and drained
Preparation

In food processor or blender, chop garlic.
Add remaining ingredients (except pasta).
Process until well blended.
Spoon over pasta; toss to coat.
Serve hot or cold.
Makes 10 cups.
