Egg Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage, browned and drained
    8 eggs, beaten
    5 slices bread, crusts removed and cubed
    4 oz. Swiss cheese, grated
    salt and pepper
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. pimento, diced
Preparation
    Fold all ingredients together.
    Place in well-greased casserole.
    Refrigerate overnight.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
    Remove from oven.
    Let stand 5 minutes before serving. Makes 4 ample servings or 12 small ones.
    Good reheated in microwave.
