Sausage Ring - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 loaves frozen bread dough, thawed
    1 1/2 lb. sausage or 1 lb. sausage and 1/2 lb. ham
    1 finely chopped medium onion
    2 eggs
    1/4 tsp. basil
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    1 Tbsp. parsley
    6 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese or pizza cheese
Preparation
    Brown sausage/ham pieces, onion, seasonings and parsley. Drain well and cool.
    Beat 1 egg and add to sausage mixture, along with shredded cheese.
    Roll out each loaf of bread (use very smooth surface), making a 6 x 18-inch rectangle.
    Spoon sausage mixture onto center of dough.
    Starting at long ends, roll up dough.
    Pinch to seal.
