Skillet Fried Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 slices bacon
    3 c. fresh cut corn
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    1/4 c. finely chopped onion
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Cook bacon until crisp.
    Drain and crumble (save drippings in the pan).
    Add vegetables to the drippings.
    Cover the vegetables and cook over a low heat until just tender, 5 to 8 minutes.
    Add the salt and pepper in the last 2 minutes.
    Place in a serving dish and sprinkle the crumbled bacon over the top.
    Serves six.
