Taco-Nacho Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can refried beans
    1 lb. ground beef, browned and drained
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
    1 can Campbell's nacho cheese soup
    1 small onion, diced
    1 jar mild or medium salsa
Preparation
    On a pizza tray, layer ingredients, beginning with mixture of refried beans and ground beef.
    Follow with each of the subsequent ingredients, ending with salsa.
    Heat in oven until warm.
    Serve with tortilla chips.
