Cole Slaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. butter or bacon grease
1 egg
1/4 c. vinegar
1 Tbsp. bacon chips
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. water
Preparation

Cook bacon until crisp.
Crumble bacon.
Cook remaining ingredients until thick.
Pour hot mixture over grated cabbage. Add salt to taste.
Add bacon on top.
