Cream Cheese Tarts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    12 vanilla wafers
    pie filling, preserves or whipped cream
Preparation
    Beat cream cheese in medium mixing bowl until soft and creamy. Gradually add sugar, beating until light and fluffy.
    Add eggs, one at a time.
    Beat well after each addition.
    Stir in vanilla. Place vanilla wafer in each paper-lined muffin cup.
    Spoon cream cheese mix in cups filling full.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes. Leave in muffin pans and refrigerate overnight.
    Top with pie filling, preserves or whipped cream.
