3 c. plain flour
1 c. Wesson oil
6 eggs, separated
2 tsp. lemon flavoring
3 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. soda
1 c. buttermilk
Preparation

Blend oil, sugar and egg yolks; add dry ingredients alternately with milk.
Add lemon flavoring and last fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.\tBake in tube pan for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
