Tialla - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    1 loaf dry French bread
    1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1 tsp. dried basil leaves
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    1/2 c. fresh parsley
    3 or 4 tender zucchini squash, sliced 1/4-inch thick
    4 to 5 medium potatoes, sliced 1/4-inch thick
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 or 3 tomatoes, sliced
Preparation
    Coarsely crumble bread into 1/2-inch pieces; set aside. Combine cheese, garlic powder, basil, oregano and parsley.
