Chinese Lemon Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. water
    1/2 c. lemon juice
    3 Tbsp. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. chicken flavor granules or 2 cubes
    1/4 tsp. ginger
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce (lite)
    1/4 Tbsp. garlic powder
    1/4 Tbsp. m.s.g.
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 chicken, cut up or 6 chicken breasts
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients (except chicken) in small saucepan and cook until thickened and clear.
    Pour over raw chicken and bake at 400\u00b0 for about 1 hour, uncovered. Spray Pam on casserole dish.
