Salisbury Steak Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can golden mushroom soup
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. fine dry bread crumbs
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1/4 c. finely chopped onion
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Mix thoroughly 1/4 cup soup with remaining ingredients.
    Shape into 6 patties; place in shallow baking dish (13 x 9 x 2-inch). Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Spoon off fat.
    Mix rest of soup and 1/3 cup water; pour over meat.
    Bake 10 minutes more.
    Makes 6 servings.
