Broccoli Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. Jiffy corn muffin mix
    8 oz. cottage cheese
    4 eggs, beaten
    10 oz. frozen chopped broccoli
    1 medium onion
Preparation
    Mix all together.
    Melt 1 stick oleo in a 9 x 12-inch pan. Pour mixture into pan. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
