Pork Chops And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 pork chops (average cut)
    Worcestershire sauce
    pepper
    1 c. rice
    4 beef bouillon cubes
    2 c. water
Preparation
    Pepper pork chops and sprinkle heavily with Worcestershire sauce.
    Heat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Put rice in pan.
    Heat water and bouillon cubes until dissolved.
    Add broth to pan with rice.
    Heat skillet until very hot.
    (Cast iron skillet is best.)
    Add 2 pork chops at a time in skillet and brown (don't cook), 30 seconds on each side.
    Add to rice, cover and bake for 1 hour.
