Cheesy Cauliflower Italiano - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 fresh cauliflower, cored, cleaned and cut vertically into thin slices (about 4 c.)
3 Tbsp. butter, cut in small pieces
2 c. grated Mozzarella cheese
2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
paprika
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. coarsely ground pepper
1 small onion, sliced thin
1 c. olives, sliced
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. white wine
3/4 c. milk
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Combine flour, salt, garlic powder and pepper.
In a greased 8-inch square casserole, layer 1/2 of each of the following ingredients in order:
cauliflower, onion, flour mixture, butter pieces, olive, Mozzarella and Parmesan cheese. Repeat layering with second 1/2 of ingredients, adding parsley flakes between olive slices and Mozzarella cheese.
Sprinkle with paprika.
Combine wine and milk.
Pour over casserole.
Bake uncovered in preheated oven 40 to 45 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
Makes 4 to 6 servings.
