Taco Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

16 oz. refried beans
8 oz. tomato sauce
2 tsp. Tabasco sauce
1 c. chopped tomatoes
3/4 c. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
3/4 lb. ground beef
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
2 tsp. chili powder
2 small cans black olives, chopped
1 small can jalapeno peppers, chopped
1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation

Combine beans, 3 tablespoons tomato sauce and 1 teaspoon Tabasco sauce.
Spread in bottom of 1 1/2 quart baking dish.
Top with tomatoes and Monterey Jack cheese.
Brown the ground beef; drain.
Stir in chili powder, the rest of Tabasco sauce, tomato sauce, olives, salt and peppers.
Spread on top of cheese. Sprinkle on Cheddar cheese. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes. Serve with tortilla chips.
Serves 6 to 8.
