Blair'S Broccoli Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. broccoli flowerets
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1 c. milk
    1/2 c. half and half
    6 oz. Velveeta, cut in 1/2-inch cubes
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 tsp. chicken-flavored bouillon granules
    dash of nutmeg
    dash of allspice
    2 Tbsp. dry white wine
Preparation
    Place broccoli and butter in a 2-quart casserole.
    Cover with heavy-duty plastic wrap and microwave (High) for 2 minutes or until broccoli is crisp-tender.
    Stir in milk and next 6 ingredients.
    Cover tightly and microwave at Medium-high (70%) for 3 1/2 minutes, stirring after 2 minutes.
    Stir in wine.
    Cover tightly and microwave on Medium-high for 5 to 6 minutes or until thickened, stirring every 2 minutes.
    Makes 2 1/2 cups.
