Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. cooked, mashed sweet potatoes
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. milk
2 Tbsp. margarine, melted
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 unbaked 9-inch pastry shell

Preparation

Combine first 6 ingredients and beat at medium speed of electric mixer until well blended.
Spoon into pastry shell.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 35 minutes or until knife inserted halfway between center and edge of pie comes out clean; cool before serving. Yield:
One 9-inch pie.
