Sloppy Joes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
    1 onion, finely chopped
    1 bell pepper, finely chopped
    8 oz. tomato sauce
    1 pkg. Sloppy Joe seasoning mix (optional)
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Brown ground chuck in a frying pan and drain. Put in slow cooker, adding remaining ingredients.
    Stir thoroughly.
    Cook, covered, on low 8 to 10 hours or high for 5 hours.
