Pizza Dough - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 2 1/4 c. unbleached white flour
    2 1/2 tsp. instant yeast
    1/2 tsp. sweetener of choice
    2/3 c. hot water
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    In a large bowl, whisk together 3/4 cup of flour, yeast, sweetener and hot water.
    Stir in the oil, 1 1/4 cups of remaining flour and salt.
    Blend the mixture until it forms a dough.
    Knead the dough on a floured surface, incorporating as much of the remaining 1/4 cup flour as necessary to prevent the dough from sticking, for 5 to 10 minutes, or until it is smooth and elastic.
