Pear Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 qt. pears, ground
    9 bell peppers
    1 red bell pepper
    6 jalapenos
    5 c. apple cider vinegar
    6 medium onions, chopped
    4 c. sugar
    4 Tbsp. ground mustard
    1 Tbsp. turmeric
    1/2 c. salt
Preparation
    Grind all ingredients in food processor.
    Add salt.
    Let stand 1 hour.
    Drain off all juices.
    Stir in cold cider vinegar.
    Add spices.
    Bring to a boil.
    Boil 5 minutes.
    Pack in jars while hot and seal.
