4-H Hot Dog Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients

10 to 15 lb. hamburger
3 to 4 c. chopped onion
1/3 c. salt
1/4 c. chili powder
1 Tbsp. black pepper
1 Tbsp. garlic salt
1 gal. ketchup

Preparation

Combine hamburger and onion, brown and drain, then add remaining ingredients.
Put in crock-pot on low or bake in oven on low 3 to 5 hours.
