Chicken Dijon - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 boneless chicken breasts (fillets), skin removed
    2 Tbsp. butter (preferably unsalted)
    2 small garlic cloves
    1 small onion, diced
    1 c. sliced mushrooms
    1/4 c. Dijon mustard
    1 c. heavy cream
    brown or wild rice, cooked
Preparation
    In large skillet, melt butter and saute garlic.
    Add chicken and brown evenly.
    Remove chicken and keep warm.
    To drippings in skillet, add onion and mushrooms.
    Saute until tender.
    Add mustard and heavy cream, stirring until blended.
    Return chicken to skillet.
    Cook on low heat until heated through.
    Serve over rice.
