Helen'S Crazy Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 (15 oz.) can yellow hominy, drained
1 c. sour cream
4 oz. Jack or Cheddar cheese, grated
1 (4 oz.) can diced green chiles, drained
1 tsp. seasoned salt
1 Tbsp. onion, finely chopped
4 oz. sliced water chestnuts, drained

Preparation

Have all ingredients at room temperature.
Mix everything together in a 2-quart casserole.
Cover.
Bake at 300\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
