Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage
    5 eggs
    1 3/4c. milk
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. salt
    5 slices bread, crumbled
    1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Brown the sausage in skillet, stirring until crumbly; drain. Beat eggs in bowl.
    Add milk, dry mustard and salt.
    Mix well. Layer bread crumbs, sausage and cheese in greased 1 1/2-quart baking dish.
    Pour egg mixture over layers.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
