Fried Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. rice
1 can chicken broth
1 c. water
4 Tbsp. oil
4 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. sugar
4 stalks green onion
1/2 lb. peeled shrimp (small size)
1/2 lb. roasted pork or chicken
1 (10 oz.) box peas and carrots (frozen)
8 eggs
salt, sugar, black pepper and m.s.g.
Preparation

Cut pork
or
chicken in small pieces.\tStir-fry shrimp with oil,
salt,
pepper, m.s.g. and sugar.
Scramble egg with oil, salt and sugar.
Add peas and carrots.
