Lola'S Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. uncooked rice
    1 small onion
    1 egg
    2 c. cooked squash
    2 slices bread, crumbled
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. cheese (I use 1/4 stick of Velveeta in place of 1/2 cup cheese)
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Saute onion in butter.
    Cook rice.
    Add squash, egg, soup, bread and flour; mix well.
    Add rice, cheese and salt and pepper to taste.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until lightly browned, approximately 30 minutes.
