Creole Corn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 slices bacon, chopped
1 large onion, sliced and separated into rings
1 medium-size green pepper, finely chopped
2 1/2 c. chopped fresh tomatoes
1 small bay leaf
2 c. fresh corn, cut from cob
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Fry bacon until crisp; remove from skillet, reserving drippings.
Drain bacon on paper towels.
Add onion and green pepper to drippings in skillet; cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until crisp-tender.
