Spanish Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1 large clove garlic, minced
    1 can tomato soup
    1 c. water
    1/2 c. uncooked rice (quick cooking)
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    generous dash of pepper
Preparation
    In skillet, cook beef, onion, green pepper and garlic until vegetables are tender.
    Pour off fat.
    Add remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil. Cover and cook over low heat 15 minutes or until rice is tender.
    Makes 4 servings.
