No Fail Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. plain flour
    1/2 c. Crisco
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 egg yolk
    1/4 c. cold water
    1 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Sift flour. Add salt.
    Cut in Crisco.
    To slightly beaten egg yolk, add lemon juice.
    Sprinkle water on flour mix.
    Combine. Form into ball.
    Roll with rolling pin for crust.
    Makes a 9-inch pie crust.
