Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. cooking oil
2 c. self-rising flour
1 3/4 c. sugar
3 c. finely chopped, raw apples
3 eggs
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Mix all ingredients well and pour in Bundt pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
