L'S Hot Pigtails - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. pig tails
    salt and pepper to taste
    crushed red pepper
    2 c. rice (optional)
Preparation
    Combine pig tails, salt and pepper to taste and crushed red pepper (depending on how hot you like it) and water.
    Bring to boil.
    Turn down on medium and let cook for about an hour or until done.
