Chinese Chews - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. chopped dates
1 c. chopped pecans
3 eggs, well beaten
Preparation

Sift dry ingredients.
Stir in dates, pecans and eggs.
Pour into greased and floured jelly roll pan.
Bake in moderate oven at 350\u00b0, about 15 minutes.
Cut, while warm, and roll in powdered sugar.
