Dill Seed Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. dry yeast in 1/2 c. warm water, dissolved
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. cottage cheese (warm, not hot)
2 Tbsp. butter or oleo (not whipped)
2 beaten eggs
4 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 Tbsp. soda
4 Tbsp. dill seed
1/2 tsp. ground onion
2 c. flour
Preparation

Mix all together and beat well.
Let rise to double.
Punch down.
Add 2 1/2 to 3 cups flour and knead well.
Shape into 2 loaves.
I use 2 medium sized bread pans.
Let rise to top of pan. Bake 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Butter and salt top of crusts.
Cover tightly with foil.
These make great toast.
