Impossible Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 slices bacon or 1/2 lb. crumbled, fried sausage
    1 (about 4 oz.) c. shredded natural Swiss cheese
    1/3 c. finely chopped onion
    2 c. milk
    1/2 c. biscuit baking mix
    4 eggs
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Lightly grease 9-inch or 10-inch pie plate. Sprinkle meat, cheese and onion in the bottom of the pie plate. Place remaining ingredients in blender container.
    Cover and blend on high speed 1 minute. Pour into plate and bake until brown (about 50 to 55 minutes).
    I like this best with sausage. Serves 6 people.
