Chicken Casserole(Serves 20) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 whole chicken breasts, cooked and cut up
    3 c. diced celery
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    1 c. sliced water chestnuts
    8 hard-cooked eggs, diced
    2 c. fresh mushrooms, sliced
    2 c. mayonnaise
    3 cans cream of chicken soup
    2 Tbsp. dried onion
    1 1/2 c. sliced almonds (reserve 1/2 c.)
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. pepper
    6 c. cooked rice
    1 small jar pimentos
    1 green bell pepper, diced
    2 tsp. curry
    bread crumbs
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients in large casserole dish.
    Top with bread crumbs and more almonds.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 60 minutes.
    It freezes well!
