Chicken In White Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. butter
    4 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1 c. milk
    1 c. chicken broth
    Stove Top stuffing
    Mozzarella cheese
    deboned chicken breast
Preparation
    Melt butter; add salt and pepper.
    Whisk in flour.
    Add milk and broth and simmer until thick.
    Pour white sauce over chicken in casserole dish.
    Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
    Bake, covered, at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
