Karo Fat-Free Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    no stick spray
    1 1/4 c. flour
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. cocoa
    1/4 c. cornstarch
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    4 egg whites
    1 c. water
    1/2 c. Karo syrup
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Spray 9-inch pan.
    Combine dry ingredients.
    Whisk egg whites, water and corn syrup.
    Stir into dry mixture until smooth.\tPour into pan.\tBake 30 minutes.
    Cool 10 minutes.
