Boneless Tortilla Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    1 c. tortilla chips, crushed
    1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
    2 Tbsp. margarine, melted
    1 egg
    1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Cut chicken into strips.
    Mix crushed chips with seasoning mix in a large bowl.
    Beat eggs and combine with milk.
    Dip chicken into milk and dredge in chips.
    After chicken is covered, place in a greased shallow baking dish. Drizzle with melted margarine and place in oven.
    Cook approximately 12 to 15 minutes, or until chicken is completely done.
    Wonderful when served with your favorite salsa.
